Constantia Tobepal in Spain receives award for HR project “Ideas into Action”

 

The HR project “Ideas into Action” initiated by Constantia Tobepal in Spain, once more receives an award in recognition of the work. The award was handed over in Madrid at a ceremony last year that brought the best practices in HR meet together: Cegos* with E&T Awards Ceremony 2017.  Constantia Tobepal was rewarded under the Selection & Integration category with Vodafone and Santander Bank. Besides Constantia Tobepal, there were other renowned and internationally operating companies present such as L’Oréal, IVECO, Caixabank, Vodafone, Ayuntamiento de Sant Boi, Santander, Ilunion, Ericsson and Telefónica for example.

“The Cegos with E&T Prizes for the Best practices 2017 recognize the companies and organization’s initiatives to innovate and implement best practices, which add value through their actions to make a difference in the marketplace”, explains Aranzazu Salguero, Head of HR Constantia Tobepal. “As for the Constantia Tobepal’s project Ideas into Action, the jury valued the initiative and the commitment to make the difference on  the recruitment process, also creating employer branding for the project and the company, as well as recruit  the best right talent.
