Outstanding customer feedback secures advocate status
This years' results are the strongest.
For the 5th time in a row, Constantia Flexibles conducted an external customer survey to get first-hand feedback from customers and uses it to evolve to the next level.
The customer survey is one of the essential tools for Constantia Flexibles to develop the company further. The survey included 146 Consumer and Pharma accounts and 955 individual responses were received. Constantia Flexibles is very proud of this year's outstanding result in its overall business of 8.22 out of 10 and focuses on improving constantly.
Pharma Division remains top-notch
The survey consisted of two questions, one being quantitative "How do you rate Constantia Flexibles on a scale of 1-10?" The results, especially for the Pharma Division, are outstanding. With an 8,60 out of 10 ratings, Constantia Flexibles gains much trust from its customers and is willing to advance it. The industry average is 7.74. This leads to Constantia Flexibles being endorsed as a preferred partner by its customers. The other question being qualitative, "What makes you feel this way about Constantia Flexibles?" The top key themes the flexible packaging company stands for are Quality, Customer Service, Cooperation, Reliability, Technical Competence, and Responsiveness.
Not only was the ranking gratifying, but the comments from pharmaceutical customers also distinguished Constantia Flexibles' work. From "Strong collaboration, technical depth, BiC leadership on key strategic industry challenges such as sustainability" to "Good communication, problem-solving attitude, no quality issues, deliveries on time" and "Excellent customer support. Good quality products."
Constantia Flexibles aims to strengthen what they are good at and intensely focus on improving areas to serve their customers. After a thorough analysis phase of the results, all customer teams have worked on action plans to develop further and tackle the needs expressed by its customers. Following the yearly rhythm, the next survey is scheduled for the end of January 2022.
