The HR project “Ideas into Action” initiated by Constantia Tobepal in Spain, once more receives an award in recognition of the work. The award was handed over in Madrid at a ceremony last year that brought the best practices in HR meet together: Cegos* with E&T Awards Ceremony 2017. Constantia Tobepal was rewarded under the Selection & Integration category with Vodafone and Santander Bank. Besides Constantia Tobepal, there were other renowned and internationally operating companies present such as L’Oréal, IVECO, Caixabank, Vodafone, Ayuntamiento de Sant Boi, Santander, Ilunion, Ericsson and Telefónica for example.
