Throughout the previous survey rounds, our customer contact rating has consistently improved. Starting with scores in the high 7s, we have gradually moved into the low 8s, and now, we have achieved a record-breaking 8.40, up from last year's 8.11. This upward trend underscores our commitment to addressing customer needs and continuously enhancing their experience with us. The percentage of advocates among our customers has risen from 61% to 69%, reflecting a growing number of highly satisfied customers who are likely to recommend us to others.

Our current rating of 8.40, while surpassing the packaging norm of 8.18, indicates that there is still potential for growth.
