As you all know, we have two exceptional production plants in northern Spain. Our Burgos plant focuses on HPC, food, and industrial products, while our Logroño plant specializes in pharmacy and food. These facilities are equipped with cutting-edge machinery and technologies, enabling us to deliver exceptional quality to our customers.
Our state-of-the-art technologies for basic conversion and finishing are at the heart of our operations. Through processes like high quality printing, extrusion lamination, coextrusion coating, adhesive lamination, slitting/laser scribing, embossing, metallizing, and manufacturing of prefabricated bags, we create products that meet the diverse needs of our customers. Importantly, sustainability is our core focus, and we strive to integrate sustainability practices into every aspect of our operations.
We are proud to share that we have made significant progress in optimizing our metallization process. By introducing on the lacquering machine an innovative slitting techniques, we have successfully reduced the energy consumption of slitting tasks. This achievement improves our operational efficiency and aligns with our commitment to sustainability.
Our recent project aimed to achieve substantial energy savings in the metallization and slitting processes. We are thrilled to announce that our efforts have resulted in an impressive 84.27% reduction in electrical energy consumption. Through meticulous planning and execution, we have optimized our metallization process and implemented more efficient slitting methods. This remarkable outcome significantly reduces our overall energy footprint and contributes to our sustainability goals.
