Safety Week 2024: A global commitment to well-being
At Constantia Flexibles, safety is more than just a priority; it is a core value that shapes our culture and operations. As part of our dedication to creating a safe and healthy work environment, we recently concluded Safety Week 2024, an exciting initiative that united our teams across the globe.
From Mexico to Vietnam, our plants participated in a diverse range of activities designed to enhance Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) awareness. The week was packed with engaging and plant-curated programs, among many more: Mental health training, interactive safety games, free medical check-ups, First Aid trainings, fitness sessions, and evacuation drills.
The enthusiasm and dedication of our employees made this Safety Week a tremendous success. Together, we reinforced the importance of safety in our daily routines and fostered a culture where every team member looks out for one another.
